What is the material of the pieces?

Italian 925 sterling silver, plated according to the color of the piece, and set with high-quality simulated diamond stones. The details of each piece are written on its page.

Do the pieces come with a warranty?

Yes, there is a warranty on the color and stones, and each piece has the silver hallmark and Al Basha stamp, and after-sales service is available in our branches.

How do I pay?

By card or Apple Pay, or in installments with Tabby and Tamara, or cash on delivery within the UAE.

How long does delivery take?

Inside the UAE from 24 to 48 hours for free, and to the Gulf countries from 5 to 7 days for a fee of 100 dirhams.

Can I return or exchange?

Return within two days of receipt, and exchange within 14 days at any branch or by delivery, provided the piece is in its original condition with its original packaging.

Can I resize the ring or bracelet?
