Shipping & Delivery

* Orders are processed within 24 hours if placed before 8:00 PM (UAE time).
* Orders placed after 8:00 PM will be processed within 48 hours.

Customized Orders

* Orders that require customization (such as ring resizing, bracelet adjustment, or color changes) will be delivered within 3 to 4 business days.

GCC Shipping

* Express shipping is available to all GCC countries within 5 to 7 business days.
* Delivery may take an additional up to 3 days if the order includes customization.

Failed Delivery

* In case the customer does not receive or accept the order,
    👉 the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee only.

الشحن والتوصيل

* يتم تجهيز وشحن الطلب خلال 24 ساعة في حال إتمام الطلب قبل الساعة 8:00 مساءً بتوقيت الإمارات.
* الطلبات بعد هذا التوقيت يتم شحنها خلال 48 ساعة.

الطلبات المخصصة

* في حالة وجود تعديل حسب طلب العميل (مثل تغيير مقاس خاتم أو إسوارة أو تغيير لون القطعة)
    👉 يتم التوصيل خلال 3 إلى 4 أيام عمل.

الشحن لدول الخليج

* يتم الشحن السريع لجميع دول الخليج خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
* قد تزيد المدة حتى 3 أيام إضافية في حال وجود تعديل مخصص.

عدم استلام الطلب

* في حال عدم استلام العميل للطلب:
    👉 يتحمل العميل قيمة الشحن فقط.
