Returns & Exchanges

At Al Basha Pure Silver, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the quality and value of our jewelry.

🔁 Returns

* Customers are eligible to request a return within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the order.
* This policy is in place to preserve the value and condition of the jewelry and to avoid misuse or prolonged use.

🔄 Exchanges

* Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

⚠️ Conditions

* The item must be:
    * Unused
    * In original condition
    * With original packaging
* ❌ Customized items (such as resized rings, adjusted bracelets, or modified colors) are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

💳 Refund Method

* Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

🚚 Shipping Fees

* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
* In case of return or exchange, shipping costs may apply.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

في Al Basha Pure Silver نسعى للحفاظ على رضا عملائنا مع الحفاظ على جودة وقيمة المنتجات.

🔁 الاسترجاع

* يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع خلال يومين (48 ساعة) من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* وذلك للحفاظ على قيمة القطعة وتجنب استخدامها أو إرجاعها بعد الاستعمال.

🔄 الاستبدال

* يحق للعميل طلب الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

⚠️ الشروط

* يجب أن تكون القطعة:
    * غير مستخدمة
    * بحالتها الأصلية
    * مع التغليف الأصلي
* ❌ المنتجات المعدلة حسب الطلب (مثل تغيير المقاس أو اللون)
    👉 لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعي.

💳 طريقة استرجاع الأموال

* يتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

🚚 رسوم الشحن

* رسوم الشحن غير مستردة.
* قد يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
